    Anatomical Neuropathic Intramuscular Stimulation 1 (AN-IMS 1)

    AN-IMS 1 is an intensive course created for health care practitioners who have not taken any IMS/Dry needling courses previously or are new to this application of dry needling. This includes those who have previous acupuncture training. AN-IMS 1 trains participants to utilize the neuropathic clinical reasoning framework in the safe and effective application of dry needling as a treatment modality and will allow the practitioner to treat clients immediately. Throughout the course participants will learn to treat the whole body comprehensively. ANIMS 1 is a hybrid course with both online and in person components. ANIMS-1 is the equivalent of Parts 1 and 2 of other dry needling programs. The entire body is covered in this comprehensive 4 day course. You will be able to apply for rostering following successful completion of ANIMS-1. * * Confirm with your local college guidelines on rostering.

    • Online module and case study: 70 hours
    • In Person: 4 days x10hrs/day=40 hours
